Laura Askew and Matthew Killick
Matt and Laura first crossed paths in 2003 as firewall engineers. Their professional lives since then have involved taking on senior cyber security roles, designing and managing cyber security for businesses of all sizes, from start-ups to global enterprises.
As both consumers and experts in cyber security, Laura and Matt became dispirited with available services, sensing many service offerings ultimately provided a false sense of security.
This was 2017. Rather than ignore the problem, they decided to solve it. Criticalis was formed to deliver the cyber security services they wanted to see – and couldn’t find.
